5 Ways To Battle Mediocrity In Your Small Business – We all want thriving, successful businesses and the reasons for our desire for success vary from person to person. However, there is one thing we all want to avoid – mediocrity.
Mediocrity is stable success. Mediocrity is to keep the status quo. Mediocrity is in combat. Second rate can get a foot in the door, but it is unlikely that you and your company to be consistently successful in the long run.
So how do you ward off mediocrity in our company?
1. Do not settle for anything less than the exception.
This can be a difficult question as a “special case” is subjective. However, if you give anything less than 100% in every facet of your business, then assured you are not that unusual calm.

Do you hear the wishes of your target audience?
Are you beyond the call of duty?
Take the extra step to exceptional customer service to offer?
